Beautiful Carpeted Rooms!

Carpeted rooms aren't normally featured here on Decorology, as I tend to have a penchant for hardwood floors. However - the folks at Fun on the Floor have lots of pretty and inspirational home carpet ideas. I could see why one would want carpeting in a bedroom, den, or child's playroom, and it looks like they have a lot of modern and chic options. Their photos are really gorgeous too, which scores major points with me! How about you guys? Do you have carpeting around your home?

What do you think of these contemporary planters?

These planters are called Obleeek, and are the creation of designer Leo Estevez. I really like their clean and dynamic lines. They'd be great for plants with shallow roots, and I like the plain gray color. They'd probably work best in a house with other modern furniture and objects. Check out more at the website.

I'm loving these pillows!

They're eco-friendly, affordable, and have a modern flair. I also like the fact that they are reversible. I really like the small geometric patterns, and the bedding is a great option for the girls out there who live with men who are, "afraid of flowers." What do you think?

I love the mix n' match look


These bright pillows would look especially great in a predominately white or neutral room. They'd really pop on the sofa.

Good or Bad: Wood Grain Rugs

I think it all depends on the execution. I really like the West Elm's version. However, I'm not a fan of the Chiasso's attempt. What do you think?
